Simple, honest pricing. No subscriptions to start, no hidden fees, no long-term commitment.
Golf Trips
£2.00 per player, per round for your first 3 rounds — £1.50 from round 4 onwards
For one-off trips — a society tour to Spain, a stag do, a group of mates chasing a leaderboard. Pay only for the rounds you play, same rate whether it's a quick trip or an extended one.

- No app download, no sign-up for players — just a join code or QR
Example: 16 players, 3 rounds = £96 total for the whole trip.
Societies
£2.00 per player, per round for your first 3 rounds — £1.50 from round 4 onwards
Same rate as Golf Trips — the more rounds you play across your season, the less each one costs.

Running society competitions across your whole membership, a corporate golf day, or a charity fundraiser? Get in touch and we'll put together pricing that fits — whether that's a season licence for your club or a one-off event rate.
How billing works
- You're billed once as the trip organiser or society contact — players never pay individually, and don't need an account or app download.
- No minimum group size and no minimum charge — pricing is simply per player, per round played.
- Golf Trips: payment is taken upfront at booking, once your player and round numbers are confirmed.
- Societies: pay upfront for each batch of rounds as you add them — for example, pay for your first 3 rounds now, then pay again when you add the next batch, at whichever rate your season has reached.
- Nothing is set in stone — add extra players or rounds any time, before or after you pay, and just cover the extra when you do.
- No refunds for on-the-day no-shows, but any player slots you've paid for and not used roll over to your next booking — nothing's wasted.
- Payment is collected via a secure payment link — paid by card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay in a couple of taps, nothing to set up on your side.
